Digital Gift Card

Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Gift cards are transferable and can be redeemed by the person in posession of the gift card code. Therefore, treat gift cards with the same care as cash.

Gift cards can be used for all goods in our shop. However, gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

After placing an order, any remaining balance will remain on on the gift card. The gift card can be redeemed again and used for future orders.

Gift cards can also be redeemed partially and can be combined with other payment methods, additional gift cards and/or discount codes.

If items purchased exclusively with a gift card are returned, the corresponding amount will be credited back to the gift voucher balance and can be used for future orders.

If a gift card is used in combination with another payment method, any refund will be processed proportionally, meaning the portion paid with the gift card will be credited back to the gift card balance, while the remaining amount will be refunded using the other payment method.

The total value of a gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift card balances do not accrue interest.

Gift cards must be redeemed during the checkout process before submitting the order. Retroactive application to previously completed orders is not possible.
