Our shoes and other products are made with love and we put great care into ensuring that our materials and workmanship are of high quality. If you are unhappy with your shoes, please contact us and we will find a quick solution.

We kindly ask you to send us some of pictures of your item where the defect is clearly visible.

If a return is eligible, you won't have to bear the costs of the return for damaged or defective shoes. In that case, we will provide a return shipping label per email.
