Can I change my shipping address?

You accidentally put down the wrong address or noticed a typo in your order confirmation? No problem. Please contact us stating your order number (#ID ...) and we will change your shipping address.

If your order is already on the way to the wrong address, click the tracking link in your tracking email (subject "DHL SENDUNGSBENACHRICHTIGUNG") and then change your shipping address directly through the DHL website.
