How can I cancel my order?

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped, it can be cancelled. Just send us an email stating your order number (#ID ...). If your order has already been shipped, please send it back to us.

After it has been processed by our warehouse, we will issue the refund according to our return- and refund policy.
