Return form

You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your shipment. If you would like to try a different size or color, simply place a new order. You agree to pay the immediate costs of your return. Detailed information can be found in our
Return Policy.

Please use our form to register your return, to let us know that a package is coming from you. Please be aware that you are responsible for your return until it has arrived. If the value of your return shipping exceeds EUR 70.- we recommend sending the items as an insured parcel with tracking number, so your return can be tracked.

You will receive the return address after completing the form. The items are shipped from Germany and our fulfillment provider in Germany receives your returned items.
